New month and more motivation

So,It’s the end of January and and it may just be me but I feel my motivation is crumbling beneath my feet! For example I’ve done a blog post at least once a week up until last week where (in my defence) I was busy but I’m sure I could’ve of found time to do a post.Anyway I’m starting to rekindle my motivation by doing some things.
1.right mindset-this is what it’s all about you can try everything but without the right and positive mindset you won’t get anywhere.So this is a MUST!
2.realistic goals-I’m a dreamer and not a realist and am normally the person being told to be more realistic but especially with resolutions to do with weight you need to plan it day to day and set small and manageable targets to get to your main goal.
3.music-this is going to sound stupid but music can really motivate you, I don’t the scientific proof (but there could be some) so buy some legally downloaded songs from iTunes to motivate you!
Remember it’s February so see it as a new start and get your motivation back on track!
